About
I am an Integrative Counsellor: this means my approach can include a range of theories that will support you in understanding the reasons behind your feelings and behaviours. I really believe that the relationships we have had, whether that is from a parent, caregiver or someone who is important to us can really have an impact on our feelings and behaviours in the present. It is through talking about these relationships that the impact of them can be really understood. This can lead to the change that you want. At the heart of our sessions will be you and what you need from the session.

I am qualified to work with adults, 18 and over, and all are welcome.

I offer both in-person and online sessions.

What to expect
Introductory chat
Before our first session I will arrange a brief introductory call to talk to you about what you can expect when you come for your first session.
It will also be a good chance for you to ask any questions that you may have.
Our first session
During our first session I will be doing an assessment, which is just an opportunity to find out if you are in the right place to get the support you need. It is a good opportunity to get to know you better.
Going forward
If we decide that sessions are right for you, we will arrange a regular time that suits us both. My timetable is flexible, so I can either offer a session at the same time each week or can be changeable if needed.
The Therapy Space
It is important you feel comfortable in the place where we meet.

I have designed a space that is both comfy and cosy. I like to think the space is a bubble away from everything else going on.
It is a room in County House, which is a building containing many different businesses. When you arrive at County House just let the Receptionist know that you are here to see me and I will come get you at the time of your session.
Session Information and Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
A session costs £50.
Concessions for carers and Counselling students.
